The culmination of years of experience, discussions and like minded thinking, we decided that many young people needed care that suited them as individuals and not necessarily the system, looking at the child first then dealing with their problems.

By offering a comprehensive service, developing different elements as required, with contributions from placing social workers, young people, their families and staff, we are able to successfully help that young person.

We all feel good with encouragement and recognition of our achievements. This is a key factor in our approach to developing a positive future path for young people, using creative methods to help identify their own abilities. Our service allows personal development and freedom through careful planning and subtle control from the ground up. Just like flying a kite.

We pride ourselves on investing time and paying attention to detail with the individuals, leading to a secure period in what may be a turbulent time, reducing the need for multiple moves.
