About the Role

This is a great opportunity to continue to develop your career in care, working as part of a team committed to helping children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and you will be working in a setting where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where children and young people are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

The roles require experienced professionals to lead and motivate a talented group of Residential Support Workers (RSW’s). You will also work closely with therapists and implement and adapt plans for the young people.

When it comes to caring for our young people, only the best will do. We want friendly and responsible individuals who have a passion for caring and making a difference to young lives.

We are looking for someone who shares our vision and values and who can provide a safe and nurturing environment for our young people. You will be calm, engaging, resilient, and able to work the required shifts.

You will ideally understand some of the challenges that you could be faced with as it can be a challenging yet rewarding role.

We need someone who can be a role model, work well within a team, has great communication skills, is willing to go the extra mile and be prepared for the varying difficulties the role may present.

You will be a natural leader, with an ability to engage and inspire everyone around you; be confident, articulate, and resilient.

You’ll be a positive person, who has a can-do attitude and will put others first.

You will already be qualified to L3 Diploma for Residential Childcare and L5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or a willingness to undertake this.
