Last week at school, the boys took part in a team building exercise. They were split into small groups and were encouraged to use communication, listening skills and problem solving to work together during the activity.
The first task was who can make the tallest tower with only using uncooked spaghetti and marshmallows. The second task was who could make the longest paper chain, using one sheet of A4 paper, glue, and scissors.
The focus of the activity was working together as a team, building trust amongst the groups, and encouraging the boys to share and be creative in their ideas.
