Read more...Our of our school teachers have designed this project as part of the boy’s school routine. The project offers a wide range of practices that include:
- Pranayama – breath control
- Meditation
- Nidra – yogic sleep/rotation of consciousness/meditative relaxation
- Crystal healing and Chakra balancing
- Sound healing
- Interactive Yoga quiz
- Lessons on the science, history and philosophy of Yoga
