Half Term Fun!

Our outreach team worked with both homes to create a fun activity plan for the boy’s week off school. They all joined in activities together where possible and all the boys thoroughly enjoyed the different day trips planned.

At the beginning of the week the boys took part in their favourite activity of fox and hounds. They are divided into two groups the foxes or the hounds and take it in turns to lay glow sticks and be hunted around the woods. This time they finished up around 2am and all the boys loved being out so late!

They also had fun at the local activity centre Belchamps where they took part in archery and making a campfire.

Some of the bigger trips planned were a day trip to Call of the Wild Zoo and Power Up at the London Science Museum. This was particularly enjoyed by the boys as they were able to play through 50 decades of gaming.

To celebrate a fab week off, the boys all went go-karting where they had lots of fun winning races and putting the staff to shame!
