We have recently started a new bonus scheme called Accountability Network which provides the opportunity to empower staff to use their knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm to take charge of an area of the company which can be developed.
Staff members will have the opportunity to begin their own bespoke project in an area which they feel they can develop and/or create a process which can meet the needs of the young people and staff to a further extent.
The staff will also work closely with the young people in delivering and creating their chosen area which promotes empowerment, inclusion and ensures the young people’s ideas, views and opinions are heard.
This scheme will offer an opportunity for staff to demonstrate their skills in organisation, planning, leading, engaging others, promoting/challenging ideas, presentation skills and furthermore can be amalgamated into our current staff training and development plans, which are reviewed every 3 months.
